Information we process
We store the Shopify shop identity, authentication sessions, merchant-authored retailer details, directory drafts, published content, import previews and a limited activity record. We do not request Shopify customer, order or inventory data.
Finding a store
Map display connects to OpenFreeMap and its map-data services. They receive the network information needed to serve map tiles. Great Britain postcode and city searches are sent to Postcodes.io. Where an international provider is enabled, address searches use Geoapify. Browser location is requested only when you choose Use my location and is used to calculate nearby results in your browser. Precise coordinates and search text are not retained in our application logs.
Retention and removal
Import previews expire after 24 hours. Saved draft versions expire after 30 days, with up to ten retained per store. Activity and webhook receipts are kept for up to 30 days; aggregate provider counters for seven days. Uninstall disables service and removes the directory, sessions and import records. Required Shopify privacy requests are authenticated and handled through compliance webhooks.
Published directory
Only publish retailer information you are entitled to make public. Public telephone and email fields appear to shoppers. Maps and directions are provided by external services under their own privacy terms.
